"September 2023 Signed another lease. The best thing ever is how well insulated and well built. The Leasing agents are super AWESOME, very Helpful. It was so simple signing the lease. I have had. 3 years has been wonderful I look forward to many more. I still feel the same as my first day, "a little peace of NATURE . Update Another year still loving it. New leasing agents amazing..."

"Great experience applying for an apartment here at Lakehouse. The leasing staff (Jitka & Rachel) handled our move in with ease. First time ever applying for a place, getting keys, & moving in within 4 days. I have yet to meet the maintenance staff. I must say that our unit was move-in ready with zero issues reported. Manager or Management has a great team here. 5 Star rating for all categories especially professionalism. If you're looking for a place to call home, I Highly Recommend Avenue 5 & Lakehouse."

"We moved into our new apartment sometime this February and we LOVE it here. Between the quiet neighborhood, to the amenities they offer- I couldn't be happier with The Lakehouse apartments. The Staff is also incredibly timely, helpful and kind.."

"I consider The Lakehouse Apts to be the best ones to live in, especially this area. They are clean, we have patrol that we can call when needed (like when you find someone else parked in Your assigned parking spot or egregious noise complaints), great amenities, especially the Hub to pick up your packages so Porch Pirates can't beat you to it. Maintenance is good about getting on repairs or other home issues. It's nice to walk to the park & lake, across the street. Thanks for keeping it a great place to live."

"Nice place to live. Good location close to the lake and two supermarkets. I like gym and pool, and bbq space. Very friendly workers, try to fix the problem fast. Hot line works 24/7!."

"I've lived at Lakehouse apartment for going on 4 years the office staff is very friendly. Overall, the apartment we have is lovely and spacious. If you do live here, you might be surprised at how close things are to you!"

"I have lived here since April 2020 and it has had its ups and downs. But the new management has changed how I had felt in the past. When I send in a maintenance request they are quick to reply and answer questions that I may have. They have fixed the stair railing quickly so when my father and law visits he can get in and out safely."

"Overall, this is been my favorite community I have ever lived in over various states over the western United States. The only issue has been a lot of switching with management constantly and that creates a lot of cohesion issues with getting things done and getting it done smoothly without needing to follow up the lot on your own. The maintenance team is absolutely superb and friendly however, maintenance issues that are more serious of concern seem to need a lot more addressing then there should be, but this is some thing I find to be an issue in any apartment I've been in. All of the staff is very friendly and helpful and has met any disability accommodation needs. I've required and requested and made it very easy to not have to jump through hoops. There's not a lot of guest parking, which is a downside but they are for diligently to make sure people that violate it get towed. I love my HUGE apartment with every need in it met. Couldn't ask for more beauty! Overall? LOVE IT!"
